We are looking for a commercial clerk in export, back office in Brück at the earliest possible date.
Responsibilities
- Processing orders from our international customers
- Supporting our sales representatives and independent communication with our customers
- Organising and issuing all necessary shipping documents
- Organising the collection of goods
- Creation and maintenance of new customers
- Internal coordination with other departments (warehouse, accounting)
Profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or several years of professional experience in dealing with customers and administrative activities
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- Ability to work in a team, an independent and conscientious way of working and strong communication skills
